What do I need to form a company?
- There needs to be a minimum of one person to
be a director. A Company Secretary is not necessary unless you wish to have one.
- You need to choose a name for your company
which is not already being used by another Limited company. Our formation process lets you

in future to identify you. As an example one of the questions asked is the first three
